Evergreen Career Fair

EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION
Wednesday, April 30 from 3 pm to 6 pm at Evergreen’s Evans Hall Lobby. Organizations are encouraged to arrive to campus between 2 to 2:30 pm to have enough time to park and set up.

DIRECTIONS

• From north or south
• Take Interstate 5 to Olympia.
• Turn onto Highway 101 at Exit 104
• Go west on 101 North for three miles
• Take The Evergreen State College exit
• Go two miles north on the Evergreen Parkway to the main campus entrance (at the roundabout).
• From the west
• Go east on Highway 101 North toward Olympia
• Take the Aberdeen/Shelton exit
• Turn left at the stop sign onto 2nd Ave SW, which becomes Mud Bay Road
• Follow the road's curve to the right and continue up the hill. At the hill's top, just beyond the overpass, turn left at The Evergreen State College exit
• Merge onto Evergreen Parkway
• Go two miles north to the main campus entrance (at the roundabout).

PARKING
A parking code will be provided to the contact person designated in this form. Parking is available at Lots B and C, accessible by the main campus entrance. A campus map can be found here: https://www.evergreen.edu/sites/default/files/2025-01/Campus_Area_Maps_2024.pdf 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
Vendors will be able to check in at the entrance to the Evans Hall Lobby by providing the name of their organization.

DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Dress comfortably!

WHAT TO BRING
Promotional materials about your organization, position descriptions for roles you are looking to fill, business cards and a way for students to get in touch with you or your organization after the fair.

REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES

Registration deadline is April 4, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM PST. If we reach capacity before the deadline, you can join our waitlist, and registrants can be moved out of the waitlist until April 16, 2025 at 5 PM PST.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. American Express and Discover not accepted.

REFUND POLICY
Vendors looking to cancel their registration can request to do so until April 15, 2025 at 5 PM PST. Keep in mind that it may take some time for an approved refund to show up in a card statement.

EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
If the Career Fair needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances, all registrants will be offered a refund to the original method of payment as soon as possible.
